How fast will I see something working?+
The audit takes two weeks. If you move to a retainer, the first working system ships inside your first month.
How does pricing work?+
Builds start at $2,500 one-time, plus a flat monthly care fee of $1,000 to $1,500 that covers hosting, monitoring, and improvements. Partner retainers run $3,000 to $5,000 a month. Exact numbers depend on the workflow, and we anchor them against what the same work would cost you in salary. If the math does not clearly favor you, we will say so on the call.
What if it does not work?+
Every system is guaranteed. If a build does not do what we agreed, we keep working on it until it does. You own your systems and your data, so you are never locked in.
Do we need to be technical?+
No. That is the point of working with us. We handle the building and integration, and we train your team on the parts they touch.
Is our data safe?+
Yes. Client-owned data never goes into AI tools without approval, anything client-facing is reviewed by a person, and the audit includes a written AI use policy.
What does the retainer actually include?+
